-Hear you are required to demonstrate your competencies i.e Your  knowledge  skills and abilities supported by specific examples from your past  Exprience The basic purpose is to ascertain what you have done rather than what you can do . it is belived that the past performance of an individual is a good predictor of future performance . it is a goood opportunity for you to demonstrate to your  prospective employer why you are suitable for the specific job . in  such type of questions, the interviewer wants to know what actually happened in a particulat situation and how you tackled it , Remember al though the employer asks some personal questions, they are still all related to what can you bring to the company ?

This answer should always be related to the job that you are giving  Try to intruduce some of your most important employments oriented skills as well as your education and accomplishments to the interviewer,Answering to this question in proper way is very important because it positions you  for the rest of the interview,

ONE should take this opportunity to show his/her communication skill by speaking cleary and conciserly in an organized manner.

since there is no right or wrong answer for this question hence it is important to apper friendly, The most important thing to make sure is that you boil it all down tp presenting the answer in a way that it matches the things the emploer is looking for

Just list  off a few charechteristics that you see in yourself , if's it job interview, make sure all  of the charecteristics as positive as possible, This question is usually asked in order to gauge how a person  preceives himself or himself, just be honest Are you outgoing ?

Q #2,  Tell us little about your past  experience work ?

Ans:-The next question which generally queues Hr interview questions and is about the past exeprience as this helps the interviewer to get an idea how your past exepriences are going to influence the organization . Hence i it is very important for you to describe that which part of your individuality and work exeprience you want to highlight . But you have to be careful and make sure that you do not land up with stories of your heroism and adventures ,

Here you should focus more on your everday life at work that will highlight more or your problem solving skills , Your analytical skills like the way you conduct yourself at work , analyze difficult s situation , and handle  people , you should bring out the qualities/talent you value in yourself but at the same time they should get  well along with the  work culture  and other requirements  of the company you are being   interview for ,

Well , i was the  with ICICI bank as a sales manager executive . My   experience  with ICICI bank was   awesome and i learned a lot about the product sales techniques , How to motive  customers etc, it gave me platform  to gain  knowledge in the field of sales ,

This being my first job , i was not very much aware of corporate life , I acquired confidence from experience in this job . Overall it was a wonderful experience, 

Q#3  What are your  strengths ? 

Ans- This is the one of the most frequently asked question in a Hr interview  while answering this question ,

you should not the straight forwad like " i am workaholic smart" intelligent and so  on  , Rather you  should strengths and explain them with respect to your job profile and industry requirements ,

 Do not simply answer your strengths ,

Well i am a hard working person and  believe in my self .For task accomplishment , I work for extra hours to finish the task i am very much committed to my work and feel happy after accomplishment the task , you feel proud when you get feedback from your seniors for your extra ordinary work, 
I have an excellent ability to get along well with others maintain  a cheer-full attitude at all times not only makes others more comfortable but i  too feel better 
It is evident from my past experience  that i have been a good team  player and worked on many peojects with my teammates and accomplished the assigned projects successfully ,
I am very energetic towards my work and steer a project through to its accomplishment ,
My  strength is my   flexibility  to handle change , As a customer service manager at my last job , I was able  to turn around a negative working  area and develop a very supportive team,

Q #4 What is the different between  hard worker and  smart  worker ?

Ans- : "A SMART WORKER ALWAYS PUTS THINGS RIGHT BUT HARD WORKER ALWAYS DO RIGHT THINGS "

1. According to me hard work is the work done by reading  learning  and then executing it and putting your best in it but  smart work is the work done by applying intelligence and experience in it and doing ordinary things in an extraordinary 
2. Hard work is one that may or not be completed in time but at least it is done with correctness even though it takes time , smart work is  considered to be completed in time , ie within the given time frame ,
3. Again it depends upon person to person , we can not generalize that smart work is better than hard work, But these days trends are different we need to be execute our work on  time efficiently and effectively ,

Q #5 , What is your greatest  strength  best answer ?

Ans- Well as an individual i am the complete package of strengths that i  have stated to you and i  believe , if u select me i well be an asset for your company rather than a liability , However if you still think that , you would like to select me on the basis of certain strengths then the prerogative is yours sir ,  

Q #6 What is your weakness best answer ?

Ans - As explained in the strength section , you should not answer straighy forward, you need to analyze properly and list down your weakness and then try to write  down their details ,

Do not say that i am workaholic , perfectionist and so on, it shows your negative attitude As know weakness can become your strength  so try to convert these negative biased qualities into positive ones , A   reality good way of telling  someone about a flow is to always add a  suggestion of improving by transforming your weakness into a strength,

Ans-"Well i believe i have identified my weakness honestly and i am  working on it , i could say improvement is the continuous process and  i am on the right track to improve myself However i strongly believe that you should not reject me on the basis of any of my weakness ,

Q #8 Can you work under pressure ?

Ans- "Yes will be the answer  saying yes is not enough you need to explain some of the situations where you have handled pressure effectively and  efficiently ,

you could take any past situation which you came across during your work or during your study ,

👉I  think  working under pressure is an art Every person can not work under pressure  i can work well under  pressure , my past experience  has given me a lot of courage , i have mastered and the techniques to over come front work pressure "  you can  put come across some of the most challenging incidents and how did you tackled it ,

 👉" Working under pressure always learning  experience  for me because  it helped me grow exponentially , i have always under strict deadline and yet i enjoyed my work ,

Ans-Advice you first read and understand 

This is not something that someone else can answer for you , Short term goal depends upon where you stand  right now  , where do you see yourself in a few months years ? what kind of work accomplishments would really  make feel proud of yourself ?  you have to tell them ,

• "MY immediate goal is to convince and clear this interview so that  i can prove myself the best suited candidate for this post "
• "Well my short term goal is to get a position where i can use my  knowledge and strength i could contribute my knowledge to achieve growth and success of the company "
• " I want  to see myself as a bank manager in your esteemed organization  where  i can enhance my learning and contribute to the success of the organization ,

"MY  short term goal is to complete my po and after  probation  period , I want to join " Mortgage and finance division of a bank i know this  is one of the most challenging division of a bank but i am raring to take challenge "

(IF  are experienced ) My short term goal is to get into a management  position. During the last five years  of my career i have concentrated on learning  and acquiring all the managerial skill Recently, i ve taken more responsibilities in management  because  i eventually want to become a marketing manager "

Q #10 What  are you long term Goals ?

Ans- Guideline for answer 

This is a very tricky question and interviewer  wants to know how serious the candidate is about his career  because interviewer know it's very difficult set a long term goal , Try to give ambitious answer and show your interest to join the esteemed organization . Don't give short answer be describe  and try to convince ther interviewer  that you are very much keen to join this organization ,

Good response would include :

1. " My long term goals involve growing with a company where i can continue to leam of value as i can "
2. " I  see myself as a top  performing employee in a well- established organization , like this one i plan on enhancing my skill and continuing my involvement in (related)  professional associations ,
