-Hear you are required to demonstrate your competencies i.e Your knowledge skills and abilities supported by specific examples from your past Exprience The basic purpose is to ascertain what you have done rather than what you can do . it is belived that the past performance of an individual is a good predictor of future performance . it is a goood opportunity for you to demonstrate to your prospective employer why you are suitable for the specific job . in such type of questions, the interviewer wants to know what actually happened in a particulat situation and how you tackled it , Remember al though the employer asks some personal questions, they are still all related to what can you bring to the company ?

Hence i it is very important for you to describe that which part of your individuality and work exeprience you want to highlight . But you have to be careful and make sure that you do not land up with stories of your heroism and adventures ,
Here you should focus more on your everday life at work that will highlight more or your problem solving skills , Your analytical skills like the way you conduct yourself at work , analyze difficult s situation , and handle people , you should bring out the qualities/talent you value in yourself but at the same time they should get well along with the work culture and other requirements of the company you are being interview for ,

- According to me hard work is the work done by reading learning and then executing it and putting your best in it but smart work is the work done by applying intelligence and experience in it and doing ordinary things in an extraordinary
- Hard work is one that may or not be completed in time but at least it is done with correctness even though it takes time , smart work is considered to be completed in time , ie within the given time frame ,
- Again it depends upon person to person , we can not generalize that smart work is better than hard work, But these days trends are different we need to be execute our work on time efficiently and effectively ,

Ans- Well as an individual i am the complete package of strengths that i have stated to you and i believe , if u select me i well be an asset for your company rather than a liability , However if you still think that , you would like to select me on the basis of certain strengths then the prerogative is yours sir ,
Q #6 What is your weakness best answer ?
Ans - As explained in the strength section , you should not answer straighy forward, you need to analyze properly and list down your weakness and then try to write down their details ,
Do not say that i am workaholic , perfectionist and so on, it shows your negative attitude As know weakness can become your strength so try to convert these negative biased qualities into positive ones , A reality good way of telling someone about a flow is to always add a suggestion of improving by transforming your weakness into a strength,
