Q #1 -Where do you see yourself in 5 years ?

Guideline One reason for asking this question is to know what you level of ambition is . if you are too specifics i.e naming the promotions you some day hope or want to get such as becoming a branch manager ,

I would like to work in an environment where there is a blend of both, its great working in teams while sharing and learning ideas with each other, but it's also great to sit at my own desk and my work hard productively , Therefore, i would like to work independent to wards a team goal,

I believe both are two sides of the same coin,They can never be isolated , A man has to work individually and also as a team player The value of teamwork is the emergence of new ideas and creative solutions as well as sharing of the work load so i prefer to work both as an individual and as a team member,

"During my school days , i was a team member of the cricket team and the Band group .Each required a different kind of team play and the learning experience was invaluable ,But simultaneously i had to work hard individually for my school exams and other competitive exams where i needed to learn and perform on my own work .Hence i understand the value of both and therefore , i am comfortable working on a team and independent as well "

Q #9- Why did you choose your major ?

Guideline for answer :Well this is very generic question , If you are applying for a banking job and you have done BCA/MCA or chemistry (Hons) Bio(Hons) Engineering then the this question can be asked " To creative an answer , you can say that my academic interests were quite broad and therefore i had chosen my major (in computer , if you have ) to achieve a balance between knowledge and sjill,

It is fine when you majored the subject because you liked it, But never say you chose the major because you didn't know what else to do and you could not get into a better me "

Ans-Well everyone has a dream and i had decided to take major in computer science or Electronics &Communication, Computer science because i like programming coding which thrills my mind , from the very beginning i always had a lute towards computer , DURING SCHOOL DAYS , I participated a lot in computer related games, That gave me the confidence to learn more about this field ,
, "Well when i was in middle school , i really wanted to major in biology but later biology didn't interested the enough to pursue it then , i wanted to major in anthropology, but the classes weren't offered where i had to go college , so settled for sociology, which has a lot of similar classes and i can see myself really enjoying social work,

Q# 10 - Why did not you pursue a career in your major ?

Guideline answer :- This is just continuation of above question , suppose you told that you were wanted to major in computer science but you had pursued Electronics & communication

, in this case you have to provide proper clarification for your decision , To answer this question , you need to find out some kind of relationship with your previous interest,

Ans-(1) I did not seriously think about any other field of study accept civil engineering , i was determined to make it but at the same time i was not sure in the forst one semester , if i had make the right choice , it important to be aware that many of the course in the first year are compulsory and basic and therefore might not be very specific and targeted at your interested, The courses in your major and the firld you will focus on are usually not clear untill the last year or years of your education , Hence finally i declined to choose my major in industrial Engineering "

(2)"Upon completion of the science program college , I wanted to focus on something more technical but I uncertain as to what i thought best to first take a gap- year to further my experience but also learn the possibilities for futher studies so i went to the usa and england I WAS interested in the science of food and it's metabolism and i wanted to focus my studies in this particular area, one option was to study nutrition, However there was no technical aspect in that field and i found it rather narrow in term of it's focus , i had a strong interest in biotechnology so the Masters of science program in Biotechnology engineering with food science as major was very suitable for me "

#11- Why do you want to work with us ?

Ans-You need to know about the company before going for interview , you have to ask yourself , what you like about the company before answer this question, you need to have through knowledge about the company such as where the is headed in the future,

FINANCIAL position turnover of the company, its HR policy why this company is best among competitors etc,

Ans-I think the best way is to be honest and genuine based on my industry analysis, I found some impressive information about the future projects you have planned , i also liked the mission and vision of the company financial position, turnover of the company its HR policy why this comany is best among competitors etc,
