(2)"Upon completion of the science program college , I wanted to focus on something more technical but I uncertain as to what i thought best to first take a gap- year to further my experience but also learn the possibilities for futher studies so i went to the usa and england I WAS interested in the science of food and it's metabolism and i wanted to focus my studies in this particular area, one option was to study nutrition, However there was no technical aspect in that field and i found it rather narrow in term of it's focus , i had a strong interest in biotechnology so the Masters of science program in Biotechnology engineering with food science as major was very suitable for me "
